Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless country pork ribs cut into bits sized pieces 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 1/2" piece fresh ginger, peeled 1 1 /2 teaspoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt 5 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 3 1/2 tablespoon corn starch 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 4 green onions, sliced 2 baby bok choy, rough cut about 3 cups worth 2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions:Take corn starch and coat pork with it. Add to crock pot. Mix up all other ingredients other then sesame seeds and green onions. Pour over pork. Set cooker on high and cook 5-6 hours. On low temp for 8-10 hours. Remove the piece of ginger. Taste the sauce and check seasonings, whether you need to adjust. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over white rice. If you desire a thicker sauce, make a slurry with corn starch and add while broth is still very hot. You can add sriracha on each serving for a nice kick of heat. |

Notes: Slow cooker for such tender meat infused with flavors. I love getting my ingredients together, setting the slow cooker and forgetting about dinner until the aromas start to fill the house. No bearing up the whole house cooking. Easy and delicious. Asian foods tend to be a favorite. Beef stock and beef cubes can easily be substituted.
