2 pounds ground beef or turkey
2 bags dole coleslaw mix ( or any other brand )
3 teaspoons minced garlic.
4 green onions with tops
4 tablespoons soy sauce ( divided )
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ( optional )
2 teaspoons ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain, set aside. In the same pan combine sesame oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, chopped up green onion and chopped up garlic together and cook 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat until fragrant. Then add coleslaw mix, crushed red pepper and ground ginger and cook until mostly tender but still has a slight crunch. Add hamburger and cook for two more minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir. Enjoy
