1lb cured ground Ham
1lb ground lean pork
2 eggs
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
½ cup minute tapioca
¼ cup milk

Mix and put into loaf pan

Dressing

Pour into pan on stove top;
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp mustard, boil for a few minutes
Pour on to the meat


Bake at 350º for 1½ to 2 hours, basting occasionally.
