Ingredients:  
3 lbs of wings, tips removed and separate wing into two parts.
Place in 9 x 12 pan uncovered
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Combine 1 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce’
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp ketchup
1 glove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp ginger
Blend well and pour over chicken coating evenly.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 375º for 50 minutes or

Bake at 325º for two (2) hours.

Turn a couple of times to re-coat with sauce in pan.
