2 cups mixed raw nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, etc.)
3 teaspoons Dizzy Pig Tsunami BBQ Rub (or your favorite rub)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your grill/smoker to 225°F for indirect heat. Soak the nuts in water for 10 minutes and then drain. Sprinkle with the spice mix and stir. Place on an oiled grill topper and smoke for 30 minutes, stirring and flipping after 15 minutes. Take them off, spread the out in a pan and let them cool and harden thoroughly for about 2 hours. Once cooled, serve the spicy smoked almonds or store in an airtight container.
