5 c. Quick cooking Rolled Oats, cut fine in blender
2 c. Butter, softened
2 c. Sugar
2 c. Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 teas. Vanilla
4 c. Flour
2 teas. Baking Powder
2 teas. Baking Soda
1 teas. Salt
2 (12 oz. each) pkg. Chocolate Chips
8 oz. Chocolate Candy Bar, finely grated
3 c. Pecans,chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into small balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 6 minutes at 375º.
