You can also make rolls with this bread dough.
2 cakes yeast
¼ cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
⅓ cup Spry
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups scaled milk
1 ¾ cup water
11 - 12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead until smooth.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover.
Let rise until double. (2 hours)
Shape into 4 loaves and let rise until double. (1 hour)
Bake 425° for 15 minutes and then reduce to 375° and bake 30 more minutes.
