3 c flour
1.5 c water
1 t salt
1/4 t yeast


1 t minced garlic
1 t minced rosemary

Directions:

In a large bowl, add flour, yeast, salt, stir.
Add water until combined.

Sprinkle garlic and rosemary over bread.. bread

Cover with plastic wrap. Leave for 24 hours.

Preheat oven at 450 degree and insert stainless steel pot with lid. Leave pot in oven for one hour.

Meanwhile, on a lightly floured counter, knead bread just until garlic and rosemary is incorporated.
Form a ball.

After one hour, put the bread in the pot, cover with the lid. Bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the lid, and cook for another 15 minutes.
