4-6 large potatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter or margarine
fresh bacon bits
green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes at 400º for about 50 minutes or until soft when pierced with fork.
Remove from oven and when cool enough to manage, cut off top (lengthwise). Scoop out inside potato and put into
bowl. Mix potato, sour cream, butter and cheese until blended. Spoon back into potato shells. Return to oven for a few minutes to heat through. Top with more grated cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
