1 can black eyed peas, drain
2 cans black beans, drain
2 cans Shoepeg corn, drain
1 can rotel
1 can chopped green chilies
6-7 celery stocks
1 (of each) red, orange, green and yellow pepper
Red onion, chopped
Fresh salsa mix (tomato, cilantro, onion, and lime)

1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1t. garlic salt
1t. cayenne red pepper
1t. cumin
½ c olive oil
½ c apple cider vinegar
½ c sugar
Heat in saucepan to dissolve sugar.
