1 package mini Bars or Milky Way chocolate bars
3 package smarties
1 package of teddy grahams
½ cup icing sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix icing sugar, cocoa and a few drops of hot water to use as "glue". Glue a smartie for 4 wheels and a half smartie for a steering wheel on each mini chocolate bar. Let set.
