1 tenderloin or steak sliced from ham
Greek seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Butter or margarine
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt, pepper, and greek season and toll in flour.
In the meantime, heat skillet with a little butter at a time
Just enough to cover bottom of pan
Cook on 7 or 8 on electric stove (about med)
Place a few pieces at a time
Do not flip meat until brown then turn and brown on the other side
Take out as soon as they are brown
Over cooking venison will make it tough
