1½ cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Carnation 14 oz.)
2 cups milk chocolate chips
6 cups of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except vanilla and marshmallows) in crockpot. Cook for about 2 hours until chocolate is melted and heated thoroughly. Add vanilla and stir. Pour into cups and add mini marshmallows.
