8 Chicken Breast Fillets
Salt and Pepper
16 oz. Sauerkraut, drained (press out extra liquid)
8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 Large bottle Thousand Island Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and Pepper Chicken, place in greased baking dish. Top with sauerkraut, cheese and salad dressing, cover with foil. Bake 325º for 1½ hours on top shelf in oven.
