2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb corned beef brisket
Water
Savory cabbage
Red potatoes

Glaze: 2 Tbs honey
1 Tbs frozen orange juice (concentrated thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Put corned beef in Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat then cover tightly. Simmer 2 1/2 to 3n1/2 hours. Prep cabbage with red potatoes. Combine glaze ingredients and set aside.
