2 c. long grain rice
2-3 T. oil
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 stems cilantro (optional)
1 t. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
4 c. hot water
1 cube chicken bouillon (or better than bouillon)
dash cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pan. Add rice and cook until it starts to turn golden brown. Add chicken bouillon to hot water and stir to dissolve. Add water, tomato sauce, salt, garlic, cumin, & cilantro stems (if using) to pan. Stir and cover pan. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes or until there is no liquid left. Fluff before serving.
