8 slices of Bacon - Fried, drained and coarsely cut
4 c. of plain croutons
2 c. shredded cheddar
8 slightly beaten egg
4 cups milk
tsp. salt
tsp. onion salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
- Brown bacon, drain, crumble
- Spread plain croutons in bottom 13x9x2 dish (grease)
- Sprinkle w/ cheese & bacon on top croutons
- Combine eggs, milk, salts & pepper
- Pour over cheese & bacon (dont mix)
- Bake at 325 for 40-45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean

Note: Can substitute sausage or ham option in place of bacon
