3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Easy Pie Crust
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2c. vegetable oil
1/4 milk - 1 T.

Directions:
Mix easy pie crust in the pie pan. Mix and spread to cover the pie pan. Bake at 350º until slightly brown. Cook filling until thick and then add vanilla. Pour in cooled pie crust and let cool and add bananas.

This recipe came from Grandma Hyde. Sierra made this first for our week with Aunt Bonnie. We questioned how it could be a banana cream pie when there were no bananas actually in the pie. It came out perfectly. We were surprised at how much it tastes like banana. How could we have ever doubted Grandma?
