2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
Confectioners sugar
Chocolate-flavored milk mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift flour and salt together. In a large bowl, cream butter. Gradually, beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until set and bottoms are lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on pans 2 minutes.

Roll half of the warm cookies in confectioners sugar and the other half in the chocolate-flavored milk mix. Cool completely on wire racks.
