1 fresh Cauliflower
1 bunch Brocalli
1 bunch carrots
1 Package celery hearts
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cans artichoke hearts
2 cans pitted ripe olives
2 jars stuffed green olives

1 1/2 cup Salad oil
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Cut vegetables into bite size pieces

Mix dressing

Refridgerate 24 hours
