Artisan bread (French, Sourdough, etc) diced however large you want your pieces

Olive oil

Kosher salt (1-1½ Tablespoons)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray baking sheet with oil spray.

Place diced bread pieces onto baking sheet in a mound.

Pour olive oil to coat the mound partially.

Add kosher salt to taste.

With hands, spread and arrange coated pieces flat on baking sheet.

Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.

Do NOT use sandwich bread for this. The drier the ARTISAN bread,the better.
