1½ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
4 c. chopped apples (raw)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ c. lemon juice
confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Mix together the sugar, eggs, and oil. Then mix in salt, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, apples, nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350º for 50-60 mins. Does not need frosting, but if you like, you can mix confectioners’ sugar into ¼ c. lemon juice until is the desired consistency to drizzle over cake.
