Jif creamy peanut butter
12 oatmeal raisin cookies
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pkg.(10 oz.) semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter over the bottom of 6 cookies.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream at least ½ thick.
Top with another cookie and press down gently.
Roll sides of ice cream sandwich in chocolate chips and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze until ready to serve.
