Ingredients:  
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
2-3 cups whole kernel corn
2 cups milk - I use part half and half. I heat corn and milk to warm.
2 cups cracker crumbs
2 beaten eggs
Minced onion to your taste.
Dash of pepper.
Gradually stir in eggs. Add cracker crumbs, onion, and dash of pepper. Mix well and pour in casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clear.
