1 large package (6 ounces) peach Jell-O
16 ounces cottage cheese
12 ounces cool whip
1 ⅔ cups miniature marshmallows
1 can (8.25 ounces) mandarin oranges
1 can (16 ounces) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Mix Jell-O with cottage cheese. Stir in pineapple. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows.

Place Jell-O in a nice bowl and arrange orange slices around the top. Refrigerate until set. Can be made a day in advance.
