3 cups Chicken, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 small Onion, diced
6 tbsp. Butter
⅓ cup Flour
4 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup Half and Half

Toppings

Rice, Chow mein noodles, Pineapple, Cheese, Celery, Green onions, Coconut, Almonds, Soy Sauce

Cook rice. In a large saucepan sauté onion in butter over medium heat. Once the onions become translucent, add the flour. Stir in chicken stock and whisk until well blended. Add the chicken and half and half. Heat until warmed through (do not boil).
