3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
½ cup oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons minced parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon oregano
Dash pepper
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread into pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into small finger-sized pieces and serve hot.
