2¼ Cups Flour........................................2 Cups Sugar
½ Cup Powdered Sugar.........................⅓ Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Butter...........................................½ tsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs.....................................................Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine 2 cups flour with powdered sugar, cut in butter and press in a 9x13" pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Whisk eggs in a large bowl, whisk in sugar and lemon. Combine remaining ¼ cup flour with baking powder and whisk in mixture. Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely then cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
