4 Cups Blackberries.............................1 Egg
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice.............................1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp Melted Butter............................1 Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place blackberries in a greased 8"square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together the egg, sugar and flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit then drizzle with melted butter. Bake 35 minutes or til lightly browned and bubbly. Let cool a few minutes and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
