5 large potatoes
3 hard-boiled eggs (cut up)
4 tbsp. sweet pickles
3-4 stalks celery (small cubes)
1 large onion, diced
2 tbsp. Derkee dressing
Mayonnaise (to taste)
Salt, pepper (to taste)


Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes whole about 30 minutes or until done. Drain, peel, salt, and let cool. When cool, cube potatoes. Combine potatoes, cut up boiled eggs, and all other ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
