1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel white corn, drained and rinsed
1 med. Chopped purple onion
¼ tsp. pepper
1 med. green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 med. chopped tomato
½ cup Italian Salad Dressing
Directions:

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill if desired. Using a slotted spoon, serve in bowls lined with lettuce leaves.
