6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 C sour cream
1+ Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp mushroom powder
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, garlic, mushroom powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken with sour cream mixture, cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes; the longer the better!

Preheat oven to 425º; line cookie sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray. Or coat cooling rack with non-stick spray and place in cookie sheet on top of foil.

Space thighs evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Flip thighs over and bake for another 20-30 minutes or until sour cream coating is golden brown.
