1 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp white sugar
2 envelopes dry yeast

12 cups flour
3 tbsp shortening
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp white sugar
4 cups lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Step #1: Add the 1 cup lukewarm water, 2 tsp sugar and yeast in a small bowl. Let rise for about 10 minutes.

Step #2: In a large bowl add flour, shortening, salt, sugar, water and yeast mixture. Mix and knead dough for about 15 minutes. Add kneaded dough to a greased bowl. (Use the same mixing bowl)

Step #3: Let rise for a bout 1 ½ hours or until doubled in size. Knead down dough and let rise for about 10 more minutes.

Step #4: Grease bread pans. Put bread in pans. Let rise until dough fills the corners of the pans.

Step #5: Bake at 350 º for 40 minutes, depending on oven.
