1 pound Monkfish
1 tablespoon smoked Spanish paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Mix all spices together in a small bowl. Cover fish with spice and cover. Chill about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a baking dish with olive oil spray. Place fish in baking dish. Cook for about 20-25 minutes.
