1 pkg dry yeast
½ cup warm water
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
¾ cup margarine
1 ¼ cup mashed potatoes
½ cup sugar
8-8½ cup flour divided
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, set aside. In pan mix milk, marg, potatoes, cook and stir until marg is melted. Cool. Remove from heat add sugar, salt, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture, eggs. Mix well, Cover, let stand 2 hours. Stir in flour to make soft dough. turn out, knead about 6 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover for 1 hour. punch down, divide in thirds on floured surface roll each portion into circle. Place rolls on cookie sheet. let rise about 25-40 minutes. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes
