1 cup Niçoise (black) olives, minced
1 cup green Picholine (green) olives, minced
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes, minced
1 Tbsp capers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 anchovy fillet, minced
½ tsp minced basil leaves, minced
½ Tbsp thyme
½ Tbsp parsley
¼ Tbsp oregano
¼ cup olive oil.

Mix all together. Serve with bread or crackers.
