½ cup margarine
1¼ cup sugar (divided)
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teas vanilla
2 cup flour
1 teas baking soda
½ teas salt
2 cup rhubarb (chopped)
½ teas cinnamon

Milk Topping
1½ cups whole milk
⅓ cup sugar
1 teas vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream marg + 1 cup sugar. Add egg. Combine buttermilk and vanilla and set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla to creamed mixture. Stir in rhubarb. Spread in greased 13x9 pan. Combine remaining ¼ cup sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350º for 35 min. Pour Topping over each servings.
