1 tablespoon sugar
1½ lb. nuts
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until foamy. Add tablespoon of sugar and beat again. By hand, mix with nuts until nuts are coated and then mix in remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
