1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp.almond flavoring
½ tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter; add egg and flavorings. Add dry ingredients. Roll in balls. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350.
