½ cup butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup sour cream
½ cup walnuts (optional)
3 medium bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350ºF. Grease and prepare loaf pans. Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, soda, and salt and stir into the butter. Fold in sour cream and bananas. Spread evenly into pans. Bake 350ºF for 50 -60 minutes until dry on top. Remove. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
