Simple syrup:
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup water
Boil until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add:
1 lime, juiced - roll the lime on the counter with the heel of your hand to break down the lime and get more juice
½ mandarin, juiced (opt)
Directions:

Adjust to taste. Add lots of ice.
