1 pkg refrigerator rolls or biscuits
2 Tb butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tb cinnamon
1 Tb chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Roll each biscuit between hands to form a 9 rope.
Pinch ends to form a ring.
Dip in melted butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Twist the circle to form a figure 8.
Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
