1 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 chopped, seeded jalapeño pepper
1 ½ cups cider vinegar
6 ½ cups sugar
1 (16 oz.) bottle Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Certo in saucepan and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add Certo. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Note: wear rubber gloves. Serve over cream cheese with Melba Rounds or crackers of your choice.
