1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup raisins or mini chocolate chips
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup blended rolled oats to make oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

1. Lightly oil baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

2. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Press down since they will not flatten on their own.

Bake for 15 minutes.
