1 cut up whole chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1 t chili powder
salt & pepper
2 cups water
1T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in 2 T oil. Place in baking dish leaving 1T grease in the skillet. Add onion, cook until brown. Add tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper and water. Thicken with flour and pour over chicken.
Bake 350º for 1 hour
