1 Bag Leaf Spinach

1 Bag Mixed Greens

1 lb. Bacon

1/2 - 1 lb. Shredded Swiss or Monterrey Jack Cheese

1 - Can sliced Olives

1 to 2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 cup toasted Pine Nuts

Dressing:
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil

1/3 cup Sugar

1/3 cup White Vinegar

1 - Tbs Poppy Seeds

Mix. Best done and chilled in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
