3 - 3-1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and chopped
3/4 of small red onion, chopped
3/4 of a large container of feta, crumbled
2 tsp. Oregano
3 tsp. Italian Seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Directions:

In a large bowl combine breadcrumbs, egg, and milk. Mix well and let set for a couple of minutes. Then add the Oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix with your hands until well combined.

Form into patties. A 3/4 dry measuring cup works well for evenly sized patties. Serve on a bun with tzatziki.

If mixture sticks to your hands when forming patties, we hands with water between patties. :)
