6 c hot diced potatoes
9 slices bacon diced
1/3 c vinger
1T sugar
1 1/2 T prepared mustard
1 T parsley
1/2 c finely chopped onions
3 T bacon drippings
1 T vingar
3/4 c boiling water
1 c sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
combine potatoes and onions
fry bacon, save drippings
add vinager, salt, water, mustar and sugar to drippings
stir until sugar dissolves
add hot mixture to potatoes and toss gently til most of moisture is absorbed
fold in sour cream, parsley, bacon, salt and pepper until well blended.
serve warm or cold.
