Use pork baby ribs. Cut each rack in half.
Place ribs in pot and fill with sufficient water to cover.
Season water with: - garlic or garlic powder
- onion flakes
- oregano
- tarragon leaves
- pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil and let simmer for 30 – 40 minutes.
Remove ribs from water and season with Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blends (Pork and Veal Magic).
Cover with a damp tea towel until ready to barbecue.
Heat/sear on barbecue.
Just before serving brush on Horne’s Barbecue Sauce and turn ribs over a couple of times.
