3-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate mini-chips
1-9oz. extra serving size packaged graham cracker
crumb
crust pie shell
2 T. whipping cream



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1⅔ cups chocolate chips; pour into pie crust. Bake ten minutes. Without opening oven door, reduce heat to 250º. Bake for 30 minutes or until just set. Remove from oven to wire rack and cool completely. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Place remaining chips and cream in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 20 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set. Cover and refrigerate left over pie.
